Why aren't my appointments showing up?

The most common cause is that the appointment has not yet been “set complete” in your PMS system.  TeamCare looks very closely at the status of the codes and appointments in order to distinguish completed vs. scheduled.  So if appointments and procedures are not visible, it’s most likely because the appointment and/or procedure has not been fully set complete in the PMS.

Once you are sure everything has properly been set complete, please wait approximately 60 seconds and re-attempt.
