Wages & Commissions

We offer different types of wages and commissions based on the employee's role and performance. For instance, doctors may receive a percentage of their production, while hygienists may be compensated based on the number of patients they serve. These metrics, directly tied to an employee's performance, fall under the category of wages and commissions.

Office Goals Incentives

We encourage staff members to contribute to the overall success of the office by aligning their efforts with office goals. A selected group of office staff members, or potentially all staff members, can be assigned to a specific goal and rewarded with a monetary incentive for each unit achieved above the goal.

Contests

Contests provide an opportunity for staff members to compete for a reward, with only one winner emerging victorious. For example, a contest may reward the staff member who schedules the most patients during reactivation calls.

Achievements

Staff members have the chance to earn badges for accomplishing various event-based achievements. For instance, a treatment coordinator may receive a badge each time they secure a same-day dentistry appointment. Optionally, badges can also come with a monetary reward.
