Treatment Plans are connected to Doctor, Hygienst and Front Desk

Using TeamCare, you have this easy ability using Front Desk: Day Sheet & Aftercare to very easily collect meaningful data about underlying trends in case acceptance (see: Statistics of Treatment Plans & Case Acceptance)

We all know a great patient experience is never just the rockstar doctor, or savvy treatment coordinator or amazing hygienist -- it's rather the collective: everyone!  When handing Treatment Plans in TeamCare, this holds true.

Day Sheets & Aftercare will prompt for staff action for each patient appointment per day.  When a treatment plan is added from an appointment in your PMS, it is automatically known:

  1. Doctor - via PMS appointment & treatments.
  2. Hygienist - via PMS appointment & treatments.
  3. Front Desk - user that initiates the Treatment Plan

One input applies to all parties

This saves a lot of time and makes it really easy!  When the treatment plan is created, the statistics are automatically attributed to those respective parties.  Below shows examples of a Hygienist's treatment plans.
