### Kickstart Practice Operations with TeamCare Goal Management

#### Monitoring Dashboards & Setting Production Goals

Begin with a full tour of the TeamCare admin dashboard, highlighting its various functionalities. Emphasize how to set up, monitor, and adjust production goals at both the Doctor and Practice level. Additionally, demonstrate how front desk staff and hygienists play a role in doctor-level and practice-level Goal achievement.

#### Tasks

1. Navigate through each Dashboard section and confirm that all existing staff are displayed as expected.
2. Confirm that all existing staff are displayed correctly. Add additional staff > HR Management > Hiring.
3. Navigate and familiarize yourself with the TeamCare dashboard sections.
4. Set a monthly production goal at the practice-level and doctor-level within the TeamCare interface and review the progress visualization.
5. Monitor your progress visualization for these goals.
