Select the drop down tab and select the reason that best fits as to why the treatment was not presented. Upon completion, submit the form.
Remember: Treatment does not always need to be presented for healthy patients or for patients that need to be referred to an external practice. However, if a patient should could have used a treatment plan and it wasn't discussed then it is a missed opportunity to earn more money for your practice.
Patients will occasionally decline the treatment a doctor offers or they will not need further treatment. Using the drop down tab, select the reason that best fits for continuing their treatment plan. If the patient deferred, add a note as to why. Upon completion of the form you will be able to attempt to reschedule with the patient.
