Each member of your team has certain responsibilities around the office. Aftercare is the means the team knows what got done / didn't and who did / didn't do it. Aftercare is done a per appointment basis.
Once all aftercare logs have been populated, the staff will take final step to submit day sheet. A day sheet summarizes the activity of the provider or practice and triggers an email report to notify all members of the team the performance of the day.
