It's well-researched statistically proven that when patients are forced to take off of work that they will have a higher likelihood to cancel their appointment. So this MUST be considered when preappointing.
Afterall, the overarching goal is to be highly effective in patient retention. To this end, a patient that does not attend their future appointment is not going be a retained patient. Therefore, simply pre-appointing a patient by itself is not enough ... we must we must track and monitor how well we are offering & scheduling them into primetime hours!
